REFUND POLICY
At Braids By Robe Salon and Beauty Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to all our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have implemented the following No Refund Policy:

Deposits:

All deposits made to secure appointments or services are non-refundable. This includes cases of cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling without proper notice.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.

Completed Services:

Once a service has been rendered, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

This applies to any dissatisfaction resulting from personal preference changes, misunderstandings, or buyer's remorse. We encourage open communication to ensure satisfaction during your service.

Products and Materials:

All products, materials, or items purchased are final sale. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if a product is defective and the defect is reported within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of purchase.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows:

Clients arriving 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded.

A late fee of $20 will be applied for every 10 minutes of delay if the appointment is still honored.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24- hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Payments made as part of promotions, discounts, or packages are also non-refundable.
