Deposit Policy
Your payment at the time of booking with Braids by Robe Hair Salon is a non-refundable deposit that secures your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost.

No-Show Policy
Deposits are forfeited if you miss your appointment at Braids by Robe Hair Salon without notice.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment at Braids by Robe Hair Salon without prior notice, a $20 late fee will be added for every additional 10-minute delay. Excessive lateness may require rescheduling.
